The Ohio State women's hockey team is headed back to the Women's Frozen Four once again. The program has won two of the last three national championships and has been to five straight Frozen Fours. In other words, the Buckeyes are one of the best programs running right now.

OSU did it in dominating fashion on Saturday as well, beating St. Lawrence by a score of 6-1 but it didn't start out that great. In fact, St. Lawrence got on the board first in the opening period with a tally on the power play at the 13:34 mark. From there, it was all Scarlet and Gray.

The Buckeyes scored two in the first period to take the lead into the first break, scored no goals in the second period, but put three into the back of the net in the third period to make the regional final into a laugher, with a winning score of 6-1 and a rather comfortable and impressive win. The Saints wouldn't sniff another goal the rest of the way thanks to great defense and goaltending by the Buckeyes.

With the victory, Ohio State now advances to play No. 3 Cornell on Friday, March 22, just a little over a week from today. A win would then send the Buckeyes to a national title appearance once again. No. 1 overall seed Wisconsin will face off with No. 4 overall seed Minnesota in the other semifinal.

That's a Buckeye win
