Well sure, we played some real teams during the season.

Our offense isn't based on just one facet - it's balanced and gets the job done. Sure it doesn't put up glam numbers like the Cards do, it's more of a working mans offense.

The defense will win the game as long as the offense manages, which it shouldn't have a problem doing.

working man's offense... is like people saying T.R. Dunn was a good defender. Both are code for "our/his offense sucks."

I'm not a sore winner, and honestly - this is a pretty exciting time for yinz to not just make the playoffs but make the SB.

Yeah, some trolls might be here kicking yinz if we win - that won't be me though. And, in the unimaginable event that yinz win - I'll pop in for a few posts to give yinz a chance to relish your victory by taking it out on the dude that busted your balls for two weeks prior to the game.

First off NOBODY here thinks we are unstopable, we aren't that arrogant.

Second, what we are saying is that you and most Steelers fans have exactly the script as the Falcons, Panthers and Eagles fans. I mean exactly.

Lastly we hear the other little gem, that is the Cardinals have no chance against the Falcons, Panthers, Eagles. Each time is was of well the last really wern't that good but we are. Now just replace Eagles with Steelers and you have the same script.

Does that mean we are unbeatable ... no in the least. What it does mean is we are proably a lot tougher than you give us credit for. You hear Cardinals and dismiss us, so did many of the players on the other teams, particularly the younger ones.

Yes I know your coaches are perfect and would never let that happen, well guess what, we heard the same lines from the others as well.

Right - that's the phenomenon that I was talking about.

Same experience that I had with Hawks fans. The whole "they dissed us like yinz dissed us", but the Steelers aren't the Falcons or Panthers or Eagles.

Look - I've said this a couple times already, I'm not guaranteeing a Steeler win, I'm just posting what I think the matchups show and that's a solid running attack vs. a bland rushing D vs. the top pass defense vs. a one-faceted pass happy offense.

Look at the bright side, we're 1/52 of tossing this same stuff around for this season.
