ESPN is too busy knob slobbering over the Crapriots. I think they simply forgot there were the OTHER playoffs that started this weekend.

Crapriots?

That nickname is craptacular. It's a travesty, a sham and a mockery. It's a travashamockery. It's okay to be a hater, but you need a better hater nickname.

Skins game was much, much closer than the final score indicates.

I don't get this thread.. why would it be a big deal that they lost by 21? Just because that was Taylors number? is that supposed to mean something?

I picked the Seahawks in that one from the beginning, and I find it odd that anyone is surprised the Skins lost. The Skins got a lot of attention for the tragedy they suffered this year, but no one really thought they were a contender did they? Give me a break, the skins were just the best of the lowest tier NFC Playoff Contenders (Cardinals, Vikings, Saints, etc.) They never had a shot.

As far as the "buzz saw" next week, don't be so sure. I'm totally rooting for Green Bay but I'm more then a little nervous with that Seattle Defense. Those guys played out of their minds on Sunday and if they play that well next weekend, Green Bay could be looking at the end of the season. Seattle shouldn't be overlooked, the Pack are not a lock. I'm taking Green Bay by 3 in a nail biter. As much as I hate Seattle, they're for real.

Ah, more belittling certainty. Before yesterday, many had the Skins as serious SB contenders, on a mission.

Now, because the Skins lost, no one really cared about the game anyway.

Now every person outside of Seattle knows the Seahawks will go through a buzz saw in Green Bay?

Not this person. But don't let inconvenient facts intrude on your certitude.

I agree. Seatlle can beat Green Bay - and Dallas. I didn't click on the 21 point margin either week. All in the natural order of things. . .

The Answer is: 23, 3, 21, 33, 19, 24, 13, 44.

The question is: What were the points that the Seahawks' defense surrendered in each game on the road this season? The three point number was to the pathetic 49er offense, the 13 points to the Panthers (in a game the Seahawks still lost).

I think that the Seahawks might have played the easiest schedule in the league this season. They lost to every good team they played (only Pittsburgh and Cleveland) and more or less split the mediocre teams they played (splitting against Arizona, beating Tampa Bay [at home], trounced by New Orleans on the road). This is a really, really untested Seattle team.

I think that Buffalo, in this division with this schedule, may have won 12 games. Seattle won 10, but was 3-5 on the road. They're going against a rested Packers team in maybe the best postseason stadium in the NFL. I don't know what the opening line is on this game, but if it's Packers by anything less than 7.5, I'd be all over it.
