How is this guy an OLB in a 3-4? He's playing ILB in a 4-3 defense here. He looks really slender in this film. Same against Texas.

He looks like an ILB in a 3-4 defense. He looks like Daryl Washington. But as a 3-4 OLB? Mmm... No.

He played at 228 last year because he was used so much in coverage. Weighed in at 236 at his pro day, no loss in speed. He was a very physical player in college despite his size, and I will see if I can find a youtube clip to highlight this.

Is he an ideal size fit? No, but he reminds me of Von Miller with his combination of speed and power. He also shows the same tenacity. Remember, Miller weighed in at the Senior Bowl 6'2 237 and Arthur Brown 6'1 236.

Again, it is an "out-there" thought, but I could make him work at WOLB in our base defense (40% of snaps at best) and reap the benefits on the other defensive snaps.

Arthur Brown, undersized yes, plays harder than nearly everyone else on the field. Bill Dickey says he is the BEST linebacker he has ever coached. That's good stuff right there. This guy does nothing but make plays. Sideline to sideline and into the backfield.
