Would be fantastic if we could get both of our OLBs to be 8-10 sack players.

Bradley was supposed to be a part time OLB, and most, if not all the posts on this Board about him have been negative. So I was surprised to read a Whiz statement (forget where)that Bradley was pushing Lenon for the starting ILB spot. Did anyone else see/hear this? Someone to keep an eye on Sunday.

I am one of the few that is very comfortable with Acho and Schofield as pass rushers in this defense.

Throw all the stats you want at me, still gonna be my opinion about it.

I read this as well, think it was from Urban but can't recall if it was his blog or a blurb in an article.

I'm certainly looking forward to watching them. There's a learning curve from being 3rd down specialist to every down player(most every down) but I think both guys have a chance to be really good players. We're going to be a pretty fast defense and the style of play seems to favor speed to attack.

Can't wait to see it happen.

I don't think you are one of the few. I think it would be more difficult for people not to be happy with Scho and Acho on the edges.

Those positions are so low on the Cards list of needs.

Totally agree. Both players last year, when I watched them live and in replay, even when they didn't make the play, were crashing into the defender, and I mean crashing. Acho especially had several plays where he knocked his defender back into the QB's lap, which is totally alarming for a QB. Didn't show up in stats, but his speed and velocity while crashing was way more than Porter ever achieved. He did that numerous times. Just pushed dudes right back into the QB's lap. I don't think Scho is as good off blocks, frankly, but he was still learning. Acho, while learning, just blasted guys and threw them back into the offensive line and beyond from what I saw.
