on the way home and kind of disgusted.

I missed the boos. I was too busy arguing with a chickens fan who was cheering on Skeltons injury and almost getting thrown out because some old ***** first year season ticket holder was pissed at ME for confronting the guy, and some thug cardinals fans were calling me a "*****" because I didn't fight the guy when he got in my face for calling him out.
Good times!!!

Things don't really change much do they? Weren't the fans cheering when Kent Graham got hurt and Jake had to come in back in 1997?

Yeah. That was humiliating to listen to as a fan. The injury happened right in front of me, too. Some people just suck.

It probably explains part of the super-excited-Kolb as he ran off the field after the play, too.

Have always thought the home crowds were classless....mostly because of so many fans of opposing teams but several hundred classless Cards fans as well. Completely classless the booing but I guess the one great thing is no one got shot in the parking lot this time. This is one of the big reasons I no longer attend the live games(more than a couple a season). The experince is not worth the headache of all the out of town fans and the drunk and disorderlies...I don't think I am overstating it. The NFL has a problem IMO....Good for Kolb keep sticking it to the classless frontrunner fans.

Good times!!!

I am calling and moving my seats tomorrow. I couldn't believe it. After the game a lady across the aisle came over and hugged me and said I was an angel, after the original old guy screamed at me and asked if I was going to "do this every game.'

You know what? Maybe I said some things I shouldn't have. But I will not tolerate fans coming in and cheering an injury to ANY player. If you claim to be a football fan and can't understand that, get the f out of the stadium.

And for ME to almost be thrown out is absolute garbage. The dude got in my face and I did absolutely nothing, when I could have easily sent him rolling down the stairs.

Once again, the board grounds me in the reality that Cards fans are good peeps. I don't know who half the idiots who got to games must be. Damn. They must be the same dopes who call in to the post-game show, though.

Was at the game, certainly didn't boo, and don't think Kolb deserved it -- especially given that at the time it looked like he might be our guy for the rest of the season. Who knows where it goes from here, but glad Kolb could have that moment (after the boo's) after everything he has been through.

Also, I heard on the radio that the first thing Kolb did when getting in the locker room was check on Skelton. Boo the guy's play on the field if you like, but he's a true professional and good guy!

It's not just the fact that I don't drink, but I much prefer to sit in the alcohol free section. At least most of the asshats won't sit in that section.

Yep, that was the all time low point in Cards fan behavior. Today was bad, but CHEERING for an injury to your own player is even worse!

Not going to lie, watching on tv and when I saw Kolb warming up, I was like "Oh no". But to be honest Skelton's 2nd half performance was terrible but the OL was part of the blame so Kolb came in and became a hero. After the touchdown, Kolb's emotion made the statement "Take that critics"!

What I want to know is where has Kolb been hiding this calm, cool, pocket passin QB? He needs to bring that with him to NE next week.

Did not hear the boos on TV and I'm very saddened to hear that some idiots did boo Kolb.

So while Kolb hasn't been everything we hoped/thought/prayed he would be today was a shining moment for him. Good things happen to good people, sometimes it just takes longer than we would like.

I honestly can't think of a single member of ASFN who would have booed Kolb when he came into the game. That's why this place is the best.

Same here - wife and I weren't even aware of the boos. We were just really into the game and the plays at the time. Weird.

I don't know how loud it was on tv, but when Kolb came in the stadium almost as a whole booed him loudly and long. I get it if Skelton was benched for Kolb but john just left in an air cast. That was a juvenile and disgusting moment and I'm glad Kolb was mentally tough enough to play past it.

I gained some respect for Kolb and lost some for the intelligence of the in-stadium fan base.

 Most of them aren't on here to set em straight.

Yup, and these same clowns will be lined up to buy Kolb jerseys if we win in N.E.

We were watching the replay on a guy's handheld stadium device and freaking out about how rigor mortis like John's leg was, wondering wtf happened, checking out how high the air cast went on his leg, then the boos rained down and were were like WTF? oh man..then the running joke in our section was how Kolb just gave a big ef you to all the haters. and how all he had do to was just throw to Larry all day long and he'd be alright.

LOL. A few of the idiot seahag fans (there weren't many of them) started chanting "patrick, patrick, patrick" when leon washington broke off that big return. We kind of stared at them (a pocket of about ten) and blinked, stared, laughed and said, "you wish!"

Patrick wouldn't have been caught from behind by a TE (a great play by Housler).

This will be a moot point and something to laugh at later when/if Kolb consistently produces and takes the job back.

Still extremely classless, IMO

Im in 451. I love my seats because the price is great for what they are, row 4 upper level on the aisle.

But the section isn't friendly like my old section (453) was. Lots of rotating people from ticket brokers and a couple of bad seeds.

I am gonna see whats available. I can't deal with this crap all season long. Last year my buddy got thrown out for throwing a cup back at a Cowboys fan why through it at him, and NO ONE in our section said a word either for or against him aside from me. Stupid move on his part, but we had just gotten hit with 3 cups in a row.
