We luckily came away from St Louis with few, if any, injuries. Minny lost 2 Defensive starters in the first quarter against Seattle.

"Linebacker Anthony Barr and safety Harrison Smith each left early in the first quarter and did not return. Barr had a groin injury and Smith suffered a hamstring injury." - NFL.com

Key to beating Vikes is to jump on them early...cards need to put up 21 by half and they'll be in great shape...

Going into today's game Barr and smith were both questionable game-time decisions with their injuries. Barr re-injured his groin so the likelihood of seeing him i think is slim and smith had missed the last 2 with a knee so seeing him Thursday might be a long shot too with the short week.

Another key guy that didn't play today and idk the status on for Thursday is linval Joseph. The dude has been playing lights out on the interior and getting a lot of praise on the radio show I listen to.

They also lost their other starting safety and his back up to injury as well so we may have got our wish and got banged up in a physical game with Seattle before the short week.

Thank you for the update! I am convinced TNF games are less about team skill and more about team health.

Come Thursday it will be our turn to be "Who They Think We Are" .
After the wood shed thrashing the Vikes received today in their stadium I have doubts about how much fight is left in them .

To the man, theVikings are already talking about the Cardinals. They will come out desperate. Get them down early and don't let them hang around.

Why would you underestimate them like that. They don't have that record by accident.

Seattle is very very dangerous and it looks like they are hitting there stride late a loss to them certainly isn't something to be ashamed of

Bottle up Peterson like we did Gurley... and we should win by two scores but that is a big if because Peterson is a vet :)

B-train said after the game that the Vikings should be rested because they only played a half today. Ouch.

Glorious burn on PFT about Cards/Vikes:

"It’s also a big game, in prime time. Which means that it’s a safe bet that the Vikings won’t simply lose to the Cardinals. The Vikings won’t even show up."

I believe this is the first Thursday night game this season that isn't a divisional game. I think they've done that as prep time for an opponent you are familiar with may not take as long. Not sure why the schedule makers broke from that for this week's game. I think it benefits the home team though. In any case, Vegas has the Cardinals opening as a seven point favorite.

Vikings' OL might be the worst OL we'll face this year, and that inclues the STL and SEA OLines.

This week we will hear a lot about the Vikes being 3-0 after losses this season.
