We are so fortunate not to be 0-5 at this point. Overtime wins agains bad teams. This is the first time in my life where "one game out of first place" feels like 16 games our of first place. We are playing horrible football and the only way we will win another game is that the other team is too busy laughing at us and forget to show up.

It hurts to say it but we SUCK!!!

The division is not good, but we are so bad it won't matter.

The league is too violent. No one can last. We're missing half our starters (or so it seems) in the first three weeks of the season. Guys are dropping like flies. Buh Bye JJ Watt. BuhBye Odell Beckham, etc etc today.

It all starts with the Oline. They suck and have for years. Palmer is running for his life back there. Can somebody please explain to me why Palmer was still out there late in the 4th qtr with this atrocious Oline. Risking injury when not needed was stupid. Why not put Stanton or Gabbert in just for some game experience.

So true. From the way you describe it, it reminds me of the old Cards. Which is depressing as hell.

Gabbert was inactive.
Maybe to keep from having a quarterback controversy. If Stanton played and was able to scramble and buy some time, folks may wounder if he should be starting.

Stanton is terrible and there will never be a controversy with his name mentioned

Not that terrible. Just a typical backup quarterback. The gloom and doom isn't necessary, and everyone didn't turn dumb. It's just a decimated O Line. No running game, no passing game. LT out. LG out. RB out. Newbie RG. RT is actually LT. Offensive game over.

Was thinking about our two losses before yesterday. We were beating the Lions after 3 quarters and had tied the Cowboys in the second half. We then fell apart in each game. Yesterday was over quickly and we were dominated in all phases of the game. Not sure what impact Boone and Humphries will have coming back but I wouldn't be surprised if we beat the Bucs.
