So gone are the days where the combine served as an initial weeding-out process. Sometimes literally.

"It's true," Seattle Seahawks general manager Bob Ferguson said. "You'd knock on a guy's door, they'd open it up and marijuana smoke would roll out of there."

something is up with Kwamie.. You know ferguson must have been lobbying for him in seattle (or why would they have had him in) and chavous was lobbying heavy for him in minnesota - but no offers yet.. Rodney Harrison gets signed in about a week and tebucky jones is tagged (pats are dreaming about getting a high draft pick for him)..rodney and kwamie are comparable in age..I am surprised kwamie is not getting more interest..but there are quite a few safeties floating around that are over 30..

Kwamie plays a position where there is more supply than demand. He'll get signed, but he'll be lucky to get a 1mil signing bonus IMO.

And I'm sure Graves - if he's smart - is making Holliday aware of Fergy's bias.

I do not know how good a GM Ferguson really is because he never had the authority to be one here. I bet he elated to be out from under Bidwill as this has to be GM hell.
