I agree some of those calls were iffy, I thought the 2nd personal foul roughing the QB was a bad call and there were a couple more.

But in this game there was one time where they called OPI for blocking while the ball was in the air, and they called it on us. how many replays did we see a blatant pick play by SF go for a first down and Diehl ran out of adjectives(rub, traffic etc) and finally just started saying pick. They ran picks the whole game, got called zero times, so no I don't mind at all that we got a couple of iffy calls our way.

They wouldn't have scored a point if the refs had called their picks the way they called that one on Fitz.

Was talking to my wife about the pick plays. They ran a lot of that crap.

Actually, regardless of some questioned calls, refs had a tight game today. The penalty on Boldin & the other taunting (that offset our holding on that play) could go uncalled.

The one up the left sideline to Steve Johnson was insane, the announcer actually praised Crabtree for the block on replay which clear as day happened with the ball in the air. Like an OL tackling a pass rusher and then on replay you call it a great block.

They were talking about it on channel 2 news tonight how the offense has become a bunch of pick plays because they don't trust Kap to throw downfield

I still do t get that OPI call. How can a player away from the pass be guilty of OPI?

They apparently ruled he was blocking while the ball is in the air which is a penalty. But every team in the NFL does that on those bunch screens, SF did it repeatedly today.

Calling it then looked like a makeup for earlier calls Harbaugh didn't like.

I'll watch the play again
It isn't OPI if the the forward pass doesn't cross LOS
usually screen plays, the pass is behind the line

The other thing the announcers said on the Johnson play was that Bethel blew an assignment. That pissed me off. It was man coverage, our LB (don't remember who it was) go picked, both outside guys came inside (including Crabtree) and whoever Bethel was covering; and they broke it up the sideline.

Good news is Bethel is fast, however, and caught him easily.

The refs did make some bad calls, or rather non-calls. There were quite a few they missed on the Niners that they should have called.

Q is a whiner through and through, so it's fitting he is on the whiners.

I'll love him for what he did, but there's no getting around that the dude's emotions make him act like a donkey and suspend his judgment of reality.

Pouting at the championship game. Complaining about fouls being called. Sorry Q, you've not only been called for head butting before, but it's something that has been called the whole time you've been in the league.

You're lucky the refs didn't call more, because they actually let the Niners off easy penalty wise.

Everyone knows that if the QB slides, you can't hit him like that, and it was a full second into the slide before he was hit. For the Niners or anyone to overlook that is hilarious. It wasn't even close. We see a call every week that's called tighter then even that. That was one of the most blatant hits after a slide we've seen.

Someone show him the Seahawks vs Green Bay touchdown game again and then his headbutt and ask Q again if he thought they were robbed.
