And so are you saying the Cowboys fans were only 25% of the stadium, because since you are agreeing with Chris he said he thought there were more Giants fans than Cowboy fans.

I said nothing of the Cowboy game. I didn't attend that game. I just said I saw this game the way Chris did and pretty much everyone I was with agreed with me.

And at the 50 yard line you were staring across at the heaviest pockets of Giants fans...shocking that it may have colored your perception. That place was heavily red.

75% is still heavily red. just saying that what I saw across from us had some substantial pockets and with pockets around us and in the endzones it seemd like there was probably 25% blue. The only part of the stadium I couldn't see were the stands above us, but even assuming everyone up there was in red, it wouldn't change the fact... ah forget it.

but I'll say this - our fans were GREAT yesterday, especially in the first half. I can't remember a game where our section was literally standing for the entire first half on pretty much every defensive and offensive play. Everyone seemed to wane a little in the 2nd half as the G-men would take the energy out of the crowd going up 12 or 15 but like the Cards, the fans kept fighting.

I turned to my brother numerous times during the game, even when we were losing that this was truly a sight to be seen and experienced after so many years of crap. That IS a home-field advantage. Now we just gotta run the table at home like we should and get our first playoff game in that sucker.

Chris, with all due respect, I think you are wrong, dead wrong. I sit on the vistor's side and we had them dominated. Watch the replay and see how loud it was the Giants had the ball compared to when our offense was on the field. Yes, the cameras go to Giants' fans when they made a play and that happened too often, but our fans were great and I'ld guess it was 5-1 in our favor.

I will not sit back quietly and allow by brothers and sisters who gave their all, their love, their voices, and their $$$ in support of our team to be discounted. I am very proud of our fans, they were awesome yesterday.

Thank you for that! I watched on TV and there were times that the crowd was screaming and Manning was pointing to his helmet and it wasn't 'cause he needed more air pumped in.

We fans need to do everything necessary to show this team that they have our all-out support and that a loss to the Super Bowl champs doesn't mean a blood thing to those of us who love this team and know they are going to the play-offs.

I know you see the colors and not black and white...I just am curious as to how they blend. Can you see the difference between two colors that blend in as like a gradient or are they simply completely blended and you can't tell where one starts and another stops (of the colors it happens with).

This statement above would be the best description. As an example my ex-wife bought me a pink shirt she liked. She knew I wouldn't wear it if I knew it was pink, so she told me it was a blue shirt. I got lots of compliments from women as a full year went by. It wasn't until a guy told me I had guts to wear a pink shirt, before I realized what she had done. Basic colors not to bad, except for the reds, but when different shades get involved it is real hard to determine the color.

It's such a tired old complaint. We live in a place with people from all over the country. It's always going to be the case but lately at the Cards games the local fans have been terrific.

Hey you can always move to Green Bay. All the fans there will be from Green Bay. And you can have fun freezing your ass off.

After I graduated college, I moved to L.A. for about three years. I was still a Cards, D-Backs, and Suns fan tride and true. I took a lot of heat from the locals as they don't meet very many fans of the aforementioned teams. Nevertheless, my allegiance was never going to waver one bit. Then my wife got accepted in to medical school in Glendale and we came back to the valley. I guess it all worked out for me......until she becomes a doctor, then who knows

The moral of this story is that if you are a die hard fan, your "fandom" travels with you. Just imagine if your job transferred you to Dallas or something. I would bet that all of you die hards would never root for the local teams, but maintain your current allegiances.

This complaint is so freaking predictable. The only thing more predictable is a Cardinals fan complaining about the officiating after a loss. Who really cares? I couldn't care less how many Giants fans were in there. All I know is I am enjoying the ride. Relax. This kind of football excitement only comes around only once (for the Cards) in a lifetime.... so just soak it all in.

I took my friend (and my brother and his two kids who flew in from Connecticut) to the game. So my party had three Cards fans and two New York fans.

Horrors! I bought the game tickets and they stayed 4 days, had a blast, and helped pay for the stadium through their rental car tax.

No, that never happens elsewhere. Only here.

Wow, no way. The visitor side had some fans, and the NEZ is basically bootleg tape area.

Other than that, the stadium was red as hell.

And it was LOUD.

Even when most of the Cards fans bailed, the Gnats fans weren't very loud at all.

The cowboys game had a HUGE voice on our offensive sets. These giants fans didn't appear.

I didn't see many in the tailgate areas, either.

You know who represented surprisingly strong? The Bills fans. There were a TON of them. I was shocked at their numbers.

We remarked several times at how few Gnats fans there were...we also helped get one kicked out of our section. There were maybe 10 in total view.

Totally agree... I was pleasantly surprised by how few and how meek the Giant fans were...
The Toaster was on fire on Sunday... probably the loudest I have ever heard that place...
