Oregon Duck fans had to wait a long time for their favorite team to tip things off in the 2025 NCAA Tournament finally, but the result was well worth the wait. In the final game of the first round of March Madness, Dana Altman's Ducks laid waste to the Liberty Flames, dominating from start to finish with an 81-52 blowout win.

In a game that was expected to be kept close due to Liberty's ability to shoot from deep, it was Oregon who found the range early on and shot their way to an early 18-2 lead in the first half. From there, the Ducks' were able to use their size and stingy defense to keep the Flames at bay for the rest of the game, ultimately stretching the lead to 30 points in the second half before benches were emptied and substitutes entered the game.

It was an excellent way for the Ducks to kick off the tournament, but things won't be easy in the future. On Sunday night, Oregon will face off against the No. 4 seed Arizona Wildcats, giving us a vintage Pac-12 rivalry from years past.

Before we get to that, though, let's enjoy the blowout win from the first round for the Ducks. Here's how Oregon fans reacted on social media throughout the game.
