Nfl radio doing a mock draft live. Had cards trade with Denver.

Denver receives:
#4

Cards receives:
#11
2024 second rounder
2025 first rounder
2025 second rounder
Court land Sutton.

Took Quinnen Mitchell cb
Okay by me but need to trade back up for Odunze or Nabers. Sutton is fine for #2 WR and is affordable but we need a #1 WR.

That's the best offer I've heard yet.

Move back up to 7 or 8 and we've got our two starting wide out's

Maybe Monti gets lucky if Turner goes to the Falcons, Verse to the Bears and Bowers to the Jets.

Denver doesnt even own those particular picks.

They have 12, 76 (which is a 3rd rounder) and then their 2025 picks. It does change the deal.

If were looking at #12, 3rd rounder and 1st and 2nd next year + Courtland Sutton...I would start off by asking for Surtain instead of the 3rd....then I would go for this deal with Surtain instead of Sutton...and then I would draw a line in the sand at This deal + Marvin Mims Jr.

So my minimum deal would be #4 for #12, #76, 2025 1st, 2025 2nd, Sutton and Mims.

Mims is a probowl special teams player and with the new kickoff rules, having Deejay Dallas and Mims would be killer. I also think he can turn into a pretty decent WR.

Now...my goal with this deal would be to then flip #12 + #35 to the Charger for #5 and still grab MHJ. If they wont bite, then Im looking to deal somewhere in the top 8...because I think Nabers and Odunze are gone by 10.

That would leave us with #27, #66, #71, #76, #90, and #104 to make deals with or just stick and pick because we would have flipped out entire WR room with Sutton, Mims, and one of the top 3 WRs this year.

If someone like Turner or Verse slips a little, I would move up from 27 and try to grab them.

FWIW - Benjamin Albright did a mock draft and believes that MHJ is our top WR prospect.

He suggested that if we trade down we will trade back up for MHJ or OL.

This is dependent on the trade package from MIN being strong enough for them to move off #4.
