Glad he's gone. He was a wrecking ball. At least Veldheer could take him.

Nothing but respect for Smith...he was a great player!

There's an article in the paper that says they have 9 players rehabbing from torn ACL's this year. That is guys who were hurt last year so I'm assuming Dockett is one of them.

Apparently some of the press is starting to wonder if the turf issues at the new stadium are the problem, but I'm not sure how many of them were even hurt while playing there.

:yeahthat:

Aldon Smith may not have as much success without Justin freeing him up to make plays.

This and more this. Been waiting years for him to retire, but that's only because of the respect I have of his game.

Thank God that's over.

What a warrior. Even if he did hold every other play when the OLB stunted inside.

Would have loved to have this guy on our squad.

Out side of Stuka weren't the rest all starters? If this is correct then it's got to be pretty tough to replace half of your starting lineup on defense and expect to maintain the level you were at. Hope we play them early.

God I hope we can put a 50 burger on them this year. I want to see that bandwagon crawl back into their hole in the ghetto where they belong.

What a great player. So glad the Cards don't have to face him twice a year anymore.

Justin Smith was also another Cardinals draft miss. I remember the team was considering draft him or Leonard Davis....
