Every player is signed to a 3 yr $250k non guaranteed contract, it pays $70k in ‘19, $80k in ‘20 and $100k in ‘21. They have an out for the NFL but they cannot leave for CFL or XFL. Also I hear they get free housing during the season.

There are also performance based bonuses but not sure how those work.

Players are paid by the league and not the teams (single entity structure).
