It looks like in the pic your ready to catch a football. So there's that! I'm jealous I didn't have you as my history teacher. I bet I would have know more about it going to your class! Congrats on the front page article!

The funny thing is my history teacher was pretty cool and his last name was also Mitchell.

Great job Mitch! I was a little shocked to not see even a small Arizona Cardinals image or memorabilia

Thanks Brian, for posting this unique thread here about our 'best and brightest'. I have truly enjoyed reading Mitch's wonderful prose here on ASFN, and that is without even addressing the depth and breadth of his football knowledge. He is deserving of the newspaper article, and also for your pointing it our way. And by the way, cudos to you for your attention to detail by instructing us in the correct way to spell. You and Mitch are both much loved here, and deservedly so.

I'm glad you didn't flag him for starting a sentence with a conjunction. This is more than often not a wrong thing, contrary to popular belief.

(Sorry. I had to throw that in in this thread about awesome teachers. :D)

And congrats, Mitch!

...ahem.

Nice to form an opinion of a person when you get chance to understand someone on a bit more personal level, easy to form wrong opinions on people simply by their posts on a forum. Great job in the classroom.

Fantastic Mitch! We can only imagine the condition of our society if the ranks of our teaching population were more filled with Mr. Mitch's! ;)
