Don't have much of an option around here (everyone always asks me, "Is that there a Lew-ville Cardinals shirt?") to try stuff on . . .

Looking online it looks like a need at least an XXL fitted ball cap. My Buddy Ryan era hat finally bit the dust so I guess I'm due for a replacement.

What are you guys wearing? Anybody have a massive gourd like me? :D

I have a huge nugget....wear a 7 3/4 fitted hat..... "one size fits all" just really doesn't...

on the cards site they have lots of hats to choose from. If you do not want to pay for a fitted hat they have a couple ball caps that look just like fitted caps but have elastic sewn into the back...they fit fine..... other than that, pay for the fitted cap by size.... I always pass on anything with velcro

Yeah I have a huge melon and I've had good luck so far with the last two I bought. I got this black hat a couple years ago in L/XL and it has alot of room - http://www.fresh-est.com/arizona-cardinals-new-era-black-neo-39thirty-flex-hat-1620616-p-33454.html . Wow, they even show straight XXL and XXXL on that page, which doesn't make sense because mine says L/XL. But dam, I can't imagine how huge those hats are. If you don't like the black, they probably have different colors. I think it's the New Era Neo 39THIRTY Flex Hat that does it.

I also just got this bucket hat in L/XL that I love - http://www.nflshop.com/catalog/product/47_Brand_Arizona_Cardinals_Bucket_Hat_-_Cardinal . It's my new beach fishing, drinking beer, baking in the sun all day hat. I got this one because it's the only one that's 100% cotton. The others you can see here have polyester - http://www.nflshop.com/Arizona_Cardinals_Bucket_Hats . The one in the bottom left is the one I have. You can see how the material looks kind of floppy compared to the other ones. It seemed like that would be alot cooler.

Do you know your size? You could try out a hat at a store for size, like the fitted New Era ones, then once you know what fits, you can order a proper Cards hat online in that size.

I have a 24" head, which translates to XXL, but I want one that comes down further and doesn't feel like it's perched on my head. Some of the caps it feels like they just made the diameter larger but didn't actually use a different amount of fabric, if that makes any sense.

I kind of like this one but of course XXL is sold out right now:

24" puts you right about the same hat size as me... 7 5/8- 7 3/4... exact size will vary a bit by company... I wear 7 5/8 in Resistol, but a 7 3/4 in Stetson.... also a 7 3/4 in military sizing... I think Resistol is just made a touch big, lol.

Speaking of hats..... Where is a good site to get a nice fitted ball cap (Cardinals or otherwise) where I don't have to scroll through 13 pages of ridiculous flat-brimmed hats?
