The Jags might want to take a good look at how Peterson handled the end of the first half. Jags had nearly a minute left and 2 timeouts and decided to take a knee. Eagles had like 38 seconds left and 3 timeouts and drove down field and got a FG.

Oh, and the vaunted Vikings defense has been torched for TD of 53 and 41 yards.

Playing not to lose. I don’t care who the hot team in the playoffs is, experience pays off!

What’s funny/noteworthy to me is, the Vikings and Jags both had their “Super Bowls” last week in big emotional victories, had to wonder where their focus was headed into the championship game

Yep. Going for it was really stupid at that point in the game. Even if they amazingly get three TDs they will likely lose. Two point conversions were just under 50% this year. So, to hit three in a row, it's 1/2 x1/2x1/2 = 1/8 times you get three successful attempts. Kick the FG and if you get 3 TDs, conversion rates of extra points is 95%. A more plausible route to forcing OT.

As for today, playing against the best defense , by stats, of the Nfl , racking up 356 yards, 3td pass and a rating of 158 is one of the best performance i saw in a championship game

Nick has one year left on his contract...it was a five year but has a built in void clause...basically five just for salary cap.

He has a history of better play than Keenum and more durability than Bradford
