Why the negative reaction? His 2 years as an OC he had the 10th and 8th ranked offense and he has been coaching since 2001.

So he failed as a HC, doesn’t make him a bad coordinator

Just like Wade Phillips. Terrible head coach but I'd take him as DC in a heartbeat.

If the rumors are true, we will get to see 2 HC's that the Cardinals considered (Brian Flores and Zac Taylor) and 2 previous coaches with new teams (Arians and Kitchens).

Personally, I am most excited about our new HC but it will be interesting to watch.
