Sounds to me like the DB was looking for trouble in both instances. I assume he is a small DB in the 5'8 range based on his apparent Napoleon complex. He was accidentally bumped in the bar and couldn't just brush it off and had to be a tough guy in front of his girlfriend. Then he could've just let it go, but had to go out of his way to seek Green out at the restaurant. Now he's looking for a payday.

Really?

Draymond told Edmundson that "I pay for scholarships for *n word*s like you. That is the privilege earned for negotiating a $3.1 million donation to MSU as part of his last contract.

BTW, Edmundson is leaving the football program and D'antoni claims that he was leaving before the incident. How convenient?

Green is right he can't keep getting in these situations/ The problem is he keeps saying it. What is he doing at his age in his situation hanging out a the same clubs he hung out at when he was in college?

Wakeup call time Draymond

That's only one side of the story.... Am I excusing Green? No. However, Green accidentally bumped into the guy at a bar/club, which happens all the time in that setting. Do you honestly believe the DB just nicely said, "Um, sir you just bumped into me and I would sincerely appreciate an apology"? You can bet you bottom dollar he was heated and seeing it was a professional athlete and being with his girlfriend he was likely bowed up and verbally aggressive to save his perceived disrespected manhood. So Green likely emasculated him more by reposing with the alleged comment and that DB likely became more aggressive resulting in Green's people supposedly "chocking him out."

36 hours later this DB sees him at a restaurant and, instead of leaving well enough alone, he goes out of his way to confront Green again. Are we, once again, supposed to believe he approached him calmly and politely with, "Sir, last night wasn't very cool."

I know people want to pile on Green, but there needs to be recognition that this dude had plenty of opportunity to be a secure individual and let it go. It's provocation.

All speculation. Every bit of it.

The "victim" was the instigator in both instances, so I'd day my speculation is likely closer to the truth than his version of events: as if he were a choir boy.

Smacking people around in public. Repeatedly lashing out at players nuts on the court. Not apologetic or accountable for his actions. You think he's not a thug? Really? LMFAO.
No. Maybe a jackass , but not a thug. Again, you can't hold the football player unaccountable in this situation. He sought Green out each time and I guarantee it was not polite...

Most athletes at the collegiate and pro level are idiots. I'm not absolving the football player. But his actions don't dictate draymonds. Even if he was confrontational we haven't heard nary a word that he laid hands on draymond. But we have multiple confirmed reports of draymond doing it.

And are you going to blame the football player for draymond's on-court testicular thuggery? Cmon!

I still don't consider it thuggery since that majority of his actions are reactionary as opposed to plotted. Is he a hot head? Yes... But he certainly isn't a thug.
