Meltdown of a lifetime...

The Iggles scoring 28pts in the last 7 mins of the game to beat the Gmen!!! How do you kick the ball to DeSean Jackson at the end of the game? Worse than the meltdown against the Bears IMO

That was unreal, I couldn't believe it as I was watching it.

Desean Jackson is such a dangerous player. What a win for the Eagles.

That was hilarious, my dad was just leaving, coming off hernia surgery last week. He stops to watch and I said well they won't kick to DeSean anyways, and then he busts the game winner.

they will probably cut that punter it was pretty obvious he was told not to kick to DeSean.

Absolutely, especially since the division was practically decided on that game. Eagles got into the Giants' heads; after that pop up kick off they were just looking like they were toast.

No "Practically" about it.... Division is done. They can only get the 5 or 6 seed now. And they are 6th currently.

Damn!

Bonehead play by Jackson to run along the goal line before he went in. He's another T.O. just gaining momentum.

I don't understand how that was boneheaded. He wanted to make sure there was no time left and nobody was gonna touch him...you could see him look at the defenders before he decided to do it.

I swore I saw an Eagle player remove his helmet as Jackson was running along the sideline and the play was still live. I think he was running along the sideline to make sure the game had no time left, though, so it wasn't really as hot doggish as it sounded.

Looked to me like he was showboating. Like his backward dive last week.

Showboating is entertainment IMO and that is the idea of the league, scoring a TD is a big deal, why shouldn't players celebrate? His backward dive last week was unique, NFL needs to lighten up.

Time ran out when he was at the 30 yard line.

I dont believe he is on the hot seat unless they fail to make the playoffs.

Right now they are #6 and they play #7 next week. The Packers in Lambeau.

I am assuming Tampa has not shot.

Even with a Packers loss tonight, they should have Rodgers back next week. They have the Giants, then the Bears at home.

That #6 spot is going to be tight!

Fox's ticker said that Cowher indicated his preferences if he returns to coaching are the Giants, Dolphins, and Texans in that order. I was surprised that he (as a former coach) made the comment on the record.

Vick is unbelievable. He put up those numbers basically all in one half of football against the very same defense that shut him down in the other half.

He may have not made it directly. I know earlier in the season Bettis published information that Cowher told him (I'm assuming in confidence) about Cowher wanting to be in NY.

I don't think so. My girlfriend was calling him stupid because he didn't get into the endzone before the clock hit 0, because she didn't know the play only has to start before 0. And that's when he was running sideways.

He's a hotdog has a history of doing dumb stuff on TD's, but I think he was running the clock out.

They will run Coughlin out of NY after this one. It replaces the game when then Eagle Herm Edwards returned a fumble when the Giants were trying to run out the clock as the worst loss ever.
