I had to turn the sound off in the Detroit / NYJ game. Beth Mowins is so brutal to listen to. Just stop already with her in the booth!! Really, ESPN, that's the best that you can do??

Couple times I went to Dover to see the race, I'd listen in to her and all she does it bitch about the car. She made millions and millions of dollars and she had just as many top 5 finishes as I did and I don't drive.

I'm not being paid millions of dollars to drive. But if I were a pro driver and put up her stats, I wouldn't be driving for very long. The guy driving her car now has more top 10 finishes this year than she's had her whole NASCAR career and he doesn't make half the money she did. Believe me, if she looked like Ernest Borgnine she would have never seen the inside of a race car on any level.

I have no problem with a woman in the booth. I have no problem with a female referee. I DO have a problem when it's done just for the sake of doing it - and leave it to ESPN to do this. She's awful. Find the best person available for the job, regardless of color, gender, victim status, whatever. She ain't it!

Jessica Mendoza does baseball for them and I think she's great.
Amazing that Networks and media in general hire " voices" and somehow she passed the test. Defenders will rationalize her by claiming her knowledge of the games is genuine. Her delivery and voice are irritating beyond acceptable. Her attempt at being audibly genderless is a total fail. I have heard people say certain people have a face for radio, she has a voice for closed captioning.
