It always makes me laugh to see rules like this. Having now been to a few NFL games (as many as me wallet and wife allow me), i have never really seen anything to think there was a problem - reasonable natured banter was the worst i saw - Cards V Seattle or maybe Giants V Skins last year but nothing that thought was over the top. (ok its not like going into Oakland with a Cards shirt on or have ever been to Cards v Cowboys but still...)
Given that every week over here watching football (soccer) the crowd are in a frenzy and almost hateful of every team and more so the fans of each team they play, i find it strange that the NFL seem to think they have a problem.
I can see that they dont want to ever 'have a problem' and things like this are aimed to limit it but all the same is there really a problem.
Re the tickets being scalped etc and allowing visiting fans in....The games i have been to i have had to rely on this to get tickets so for some people its the only way they get to see their own team also (ok not everyone lives 5000 miles from their team but it does happen...although I never had that problem at SDS for some reason
