We are pretty much dodging the bullet here in Central Pa. Suppose to get 1-3 inches of snow at best. So far we have nothing. All you guys in New England stay safe, hope you have gas for the generator as it sounds like you will need it. I remember the 1992 blizzard, it was no fun.

Thanks you too. The models shifted east overnight, but it has massive amounts of precip with it. Someone in New England is going to get absolutely crushed with snow. I'm about 55 miles from Providence I'm expecting 18-28" at my house, but it's going to be much worse farther east. I wouldn't be surprised to see someone in Mass push 3 feet or more. It all depends where this thing stalls off the coast.

If you guys lose power please stay warm, it's going to tug down arctic air on the backside and temps will be at or below zero tomorrow night. I have a feeling this thing could give the Blizzard of '78 a run for its money, which coincidently was 35 years ago last Wednesday.

P.S. AZ I think you and or Mitch could very well "jackpot" and get the most snow in this storm, you guys are in a great spot for this one.

This is for all you guys out there in the warm weather. This is my driveway 5 minutes ago. I can't see the end of my driveway let alone my neighbor's house across the street. I went from 8" to 12" in one hour at my house.

I went through TWO blizzards in '78 up there, 40" TWICE about a month apart from each other. Last winter I spent!

Wow, we just had mesoscaling banding move through complete with thundersnow in the area. I went from 8" of snow at 7:15 to 12" at 8:15 to 19" at 9:30 and this thing is going to go for another 12 hours. This is so freaking incredibly awesome. I hope the rest of you New England peeps are ok!
