Funny thing is we are the type of team that can give the Giants a hard time because we can score and take them out of a their run game.
Not saying that will happen , but I think it's stupid to think any team should go into the ring with the Giants and try to turn it into a slugfest.

It's not going to be a walk in the park, but I'm looking forward to it. It's hard to believe that Brandon Jacobs is going to be a free-agent next year and the Giants may not be able to afford to resign him next year. He's going to be a load to bring down.

So impressive that they got blown out by the Browns and went to overtime with the Bengals.

I'm not very impressed.

We are going to kick their ass.

They have the best massive running game in the NFL. I have no idea how we stop that big horse they have. We are going to have to outscore them as I see it. We are also going to have to keep Kurt healthy. This will be the most dangerous game for Kurt the remainder of the season. Our advantage is playing at home, better receivers and a better more experienced QB. Against the Giants I see no running game. Whiz better pull some rabbits out of his hat on this one. If we some how win this game we will earn respect from ESPN and all the Eastern media. Perhaps they have not seen a passing attack like we have with multiple receivers who can all make big time catches? That is if Kurt has enough time to throw the ball.

I expect our defense will play with tremendous emotion next week and play the run much better than you guys think. Remember, the Steelers had the top run game in the NFL last year and we stuffed them. We also shut down Barber pretty good (his big play was a pass), and they Boys were supposed to be too physical for us too.

The key to this game is to get out early and force Eli to carry the team. Maybe Kurt can give him some more schooling. We need everyone healthy for this game. I just have a feeling that this is going to be one of the epic games of the season with it having a major impact on the playoff race. I hope it's the Cards that are the beneficiaries.

The key to beating the New York Giants is limiting their gains on first down via the run and getting pressure on the QB. The Cardinals have shown the ability to do both. I'll be ready for a fight next Sunday (Both in the stands and on the field)!!!!

Giants have done a lot better than I thought they would and their D is the scariest on the Cardinals schedule for sure. But...they haven't exactly faced a pass offense the caliber of the Card's this year:

Redskins(18th)Campbell 15/27 133 1/0 Can't take much from the uber-conservative start the Redskins took in Zorn's first game as HC.

Rams(29th)Rams are just awful. Nuff' said.

Bengals(30th)Palmer 27/39 286 1/0 Not bad for a guy with a bad elbow.

Seahawks(31st)Seahawks are almost as bad as the Rams.

Browns(25th)Anderson 18/29 310 2/0 And he got benched soon after.

49ers(15th)Another QB benched soon after.

Steelers(24th)Big Ben is not what he used to be. Good effort for the Giants D though.

Cowboys(10th)Johnson/Bollinger(!!!) These guys actually WERE worse than the Rams/Seahawks.

Eagles(5th)McNabb 17/36 194 3/1 #5's been awful this year but still put up 3 TD's.

Ravens(28th)Reports of Flacco's greatness have been greatly exaggerated.

I'm not saying the Cards have nothing to worry about but they have a legitimate shot at this game. I'm hoping now that Whis has won the "must-win's" the team can loosen up a little at home. A fast start like the last few games and playing the real offense in the 2nd half instead of trying to run the clock will be just what the doctor ordered.

The Giants are a damn fine team. I do think the Cards match up with them well, and since the game is at home they've got a good shot in this one.

I'm coming over for the game...Cards win about 90% of the time I'm in attendance.

Agree! The Midgets are good, but this is the type of game the Cardinals get up for.

One of the keys will be pass protection and picking up the blitzes. This may be a game where Edge gets more reps and TH gets a few less. Man I wish we had an NFL tight end or two we could put on the field. We may need one to chip Friar Tuck. Expect a knock-down drag-out fight.

Get up early and take the Midgets out of their run game. That's what Cleveland did and it worked to perfection.

It's not the Giants that I'm worried about, it's losing the game because of stupid penalties that keep stalling our drives. Most of the games we played should have been blow-outs, but delay-of game, false starts, illegal formation type penalties are holding us back. I know we are winning despite being one of the most penalized teams in the NFL, but it's so hard to watch drive after drive stall because of it.
