I really like Martin. A lot of speed and can get pressure with speed on the edge. They were giving him more LB responsibility this preseason and he didn't exactly shine there...... But a good young athlete with a legit speed rush

Mingo was going to be cut. He didn't separate from the pack and had less upside and more salary then others in the room.

3rds are solid picks, but Seattle can find a pick if they need.

So yeah, this is a pretty fantastic move on the surface

Congrats. If he stays healthy, this might be enough to allow you to take the division back from the Rams.

I was listening to this bookmaker's (The Fat Jack) show on the way to work last week, and he was saying take under on the Rams win total for 2019, because they got impossibly lucky last year (e.g. recovering fumbles and stuff). He's thinks they'll come back down to earth a little this year.

Keep the division crown handy if you win it though. We're coming for it in 2020.

Teams still finalizing trade terms now but Laremy Tunsil is going to the Texans for a package that includes two first-round picks and one second-round pick to Miami, per source. Deal involves more but those are the headlines.

So here’s the major components of the deal as of now, but it will be bigger....

Texans get: OT Laremy Tunsil

Dolphins get: two first-round picks and one second-round pick.

And there will be more involved.
