Yea, with the benefit of facing atrocious Tennessee & Jacksonville teams & Indy teams that had much inferior talent to Houston + Luck missing a decent amount of games.

Bryce Young was also the #1 recruit in his class. BoB did his part, but it’s not like he built up a 3 star.

I think he is a capable NFL coach but a guy who won't win a Super Bowl.

Just don't let that guy anywhere close to being the GM.

Yes, true. At least that’s the feeling here in the Houston region. Absolutely no one (with the key exception of owner Cal McNair) is fond of Easterby and his rise to power. Amazing frankly, Easterby’s ascension from essentially being a team chaplain type to de facto GM. And despite the mess in which the Texans are ensconced, Easterby survived the purge of O’Brien and most of his regime.
