Sports 620 axed him on the radio but kept him on the website staff to write articles. His contract apparently expired in January and he is now a free agent. I still maintain he should go co-host B-Train's show on 1060.

All I remember is that they decided to re-org at KTAR. Dropped the morning show and moved them to the afternoon/rush hour slot. Why they didn't allow him to keep working with Gambo on the early afternoon show is still a mystery to me. KTAR kept him on as a blogger until his contract was up.

Thought it was interesting, according to jurecki, that Condon is not in the loop on Peyton's thinking at this time. Cooper Manning has been handling the details of the visits, and Condon won't know until Peyton says, 'negotiate the contract'. The reason is that Condon is the agent of both Schefter and Mortenson.
