If I remember correctly, Daron Sutton was suspended by the Diamondbacks because he was not happy about wearing a polo shirt. He never announced another Diamondbacks game.

This was sooo stupid. He was going off of pre-worked and approved material, as evidenced by the graphics and script, yet the producers and folks in the truck are left unscathed. What a joke.

According to reports, Sutton had multiple run-ins with the Dbacks brass...and then he got hired by the Angels in 2021 and fired after 4 months.

Sutton is notoriously difficult to deal with behind the scenes. I enjoyed the Sutton/Grace duo but both had their issues.
