If its all about that he was drinking then why didn't they do anything when he admitted to drinking before his freeway fight with his GF?
I'm not trying to defend Johnny, the guy is a prick, but I'm trying to figure out the Browns logic in this. Maybe they told him after the thing with his girlfriend that he was on zero tolerance, but then why promote him to the starting job almost immediately after? Odd reward for dumb behavior. If it came out the Johnny had lied to them and told them he was staying in Ohio during the bye week, then it would make sense. But seriously, he went out to a few parties when the entire team was off for a week. I don't care if he went to a show rehab (which was not even for alcohol from what I gather), this on its own seems like a total non story.
