OT: Max Scherzer pitches a no-hitter

Former D-back MaxScherzer threw a no-hitter vs. the Pirates. He was one out away from a perfect game but hit the 27th batter with a curveball, who apparently made no effort to get out of the way of the pitch.

He had pitched a one-hitter with 16 strikeouts in his previous appearance.

I don't like guy's wearing that ridiculous body armor being allowed to lean out into pitches. By rule players are not supposed to lean into pitches, even if its not over the plate, IMO that guy clearly tried to get hit and he should not have been awarded the base.
