At first I thought he was being sarcastic, but when he didn't crack a smile after he said it, I thought he really thinks that?

Weird, strange that an NFL player wouldn't know the OT rules.

Worse was the officials not knowing the rulebook in the Chargers-Steelers game. It didn't affect the outcome, but failing to realize that a completed illegal forward pass doesn't end the play, even when they had time to think and deliberate about it... wow.
