Biggest brain fart in a long time. Hats off to Keenum. He took a pretty good beating today. Anybody still not good with Shurmur coming here?
His tenure with the Browns have me skeptical.

Wow, what a finish. Unbelievable!! Looks like OC Shumur won't be interviewing anyone for another week.

If this was the Cards losing a game like this the suicide call line would working overtime and the server for this site would explode. My heart goes out to Saint fans.
No way, the poor tackling efforts of PP & HB many times don’t matter, many here say so

I hate to see any team lose like that, unless it’s the Steelers or Eagles.

Keenums price just went up...good for him.

I feel bad for the DB...he saw Diggs elevate and you know he was thinking "defenseless player" and "dont get a penalty"...so rather than undercut him, he avoided contact,,,poor bastard...
but either way that right there... that was a playoff finish... fantastic game.

They've got a SB ring, we don't. Hard to feel sorry for the saints fans even though that was heartbreaking.

Man I want him here but I think he's going to pick NY.
why would he pick NY over Az??

Everyone thought Matt Patricia was gonna be the next head coach in NY...turns out he is going to detroit...
did they tell him no thanks,...or did he decide on his own that Detroit was a better situation than NY?? I mean,..freaking Detroit..

Honestly I dont think anyone has NY as their first choice.

He in fact tried to undercut him rather than tackle in bounds, ending the game. Diggs caught it with 5 seconds to go and they had no timeouts left.

I'm right there with you in agreeing that NY is a dumpster fire but they have a better WR core, a good pick, and for some reason people are drawn to bigger market teams.

Not sure anything that the Vikings did on that play was necessarily great. Just flat out brain fart by the Saints corner. No doubt the biggest f up I’ve ever seen. I actually feel bad for the guy.
I don't. It's this try for the ESPN hit instead of fundamentals that cost the Saints a chance at the Super Bowl. Even if you're going to dive, go for the trunk and not the legs. All he had to do is hold him up a second and the game is over.

He didn't even need to blast him. The receiver was off balance after the catch. Just grab his jersey and wait for help, game over.

No idea what that DB was doing. All he had to do is wait for him to catch it, come down and tackle him. Not sure what he was thinking.

Randomness. the NFL will make you crazy

Think about the Saints: They do everything right to steal a playoff game on the road -- with a sure fire HOF QB and a clear path to a match up with the Pats in the SB.

Instead, a safety doesnt make a tackle on the final play of the game and they lose. wow.

Most probably consider today a day of upsets in the NFL. Perhaps its just the changing of the guard.
... So... other than Jacksonvilles defense, who has the best chance of keeping the Pats from winning another Lombardi??

do we wanna see Foles lead the iggles to the promised land or would we prefer Keenum bump his next contract up another level?

The media hype is stronger with Foles I think. Since he was considering retiring when the iggles went after Wentz...quite the story if he leads the team to a Lombardi while Wentz watches from the bench.

But then Keenum is an undersized QB who bounced around with five teams in five years before injuries gave him the keys to the Vikings.

I would still really love to see Jacksonville go to the show and while I have a fondness for the Vikes...seeing Foles there would be sweet... Wildcat connection and all that.

I just really dont wanna see Brady advertising his TB12 training system while hoisting the Lombardi.
After the crap he pulled on his team in regards to JimmyG I would enjoy seeing Brady suffer catastrophic failure

I dont think he whiffed on the tackle. I think he got there too early and tried to dodge him not to get pass interference. Once he missed. It was over. I thought though even if the defender hit him. Diggs might have gotten out of bounds anyway
