Is that really why he was benched - or is it simply because he's been atrocious passing the ball and needs to sit and learn from a consummate pro who can actually help the Colts win games and get to the playoffs?

AR has never been a good QB. He is a bigger version of Trey Lance. Dude is a terrible thrower of the football and should have never been drafted let alone in the first round.

I would think it’s part of the reason as well as the rest… seriously who does that?

It's one thing to do it, but another to admit it during the postgame presser. He was just getting roasted on a national sports show. Imagine the player talk after every play he is involved in moving forward. "Hey, Ant. You need help getting up? Are you too tired to get up on your own?" He won't live this down anytime soon.

The hosts said he should have just called a timeout and either been honest with his coach or said he saw something in the defense and wanted to change the play or something, but not just to walk off the field and tap out.
