Oh noooooo, they finally got smart! Leave it to a ignorant franchise to give a Coach an extension then fire him in the same season lol:lol:

What the literal hell are the Rams doing?!?! If the reports of him getting an extension are true, and then they fired him after, just wow! I guess they probably never finalized the extension, but even announcing it and then firing the guy is totally mind blowing!!

HBO Hard knocks is the kiss of death. Falcons axed Mike Smith 1 year later. Dolphins fire Joe Philbin. Now Jeff Fisher

Guess Fischer won't be giving the Cardinals the Christmas gift he planned for them. LOL

7-9 BS is right.

I don't think there's any way Harbaugh leaves Michigan. He's a god there, and makes a YOOGE amount of $$, and will never get fired. Why would he even think of leaving?

NFL money is more than college money. Also, to stick it to the Niners and York. I hope he stays at Michigan forever.

Pete Carroll is the highest paid coach in the NFL at $8 million per...

Jim Harbaugh is making $9 million per at Michigan...With Fisher still being owed $7 million per for the remainder of his contract, do you really think the Rams will give Harbaugh more than Michigan money? They would have to give him at least $10 million per...and he'd probably want total control, too.

The money is close enough where it would be hard to overwhelm him. He's at his Alma Mater, is revered, gets to deal with kids where he can cycle them and exert his personality without so much burn. His NFL experience was marred by bad ownership.

Not sure why he would leave a good thing to go work for Kroenke. I can see the challenge of the NFL and wanting to stick it to the Niners, but I'm sure he wants to stick it to Ohio State and win a collegiate title as well. It's not like he's sitting at the pinnacle needing a new challenge

Ego is all I can think of. And rubbing in SF's face.

That'd be like Nick Saban leaving Alabama to coach the Browns. Why?
This move though gets us out of the gutter as far as the worst roster control move of the year, dealing with Marqui Christian.

That line of crap is a lie too. "Yeah, we extended him seven months ago, just didn't tell anyone until two weeks ago." Nobody does that. It's just schizophrenic desperate leadership in Kronkeville.

Wow. I am guessing that Harbaugh is the highest paid public employee in the state of Michigan, where they can't even clean the water with tax dollars.

BTW, Stan Kronke has damn near Paul Allen coin. $$$$$ don't matter to them.
