Wow! Aaron Donald has a full on melt down on MNF in the first freaking game. Grabs a guy by the neck, rips his helmet off and then gets tossed for making contact with the official.

Niners gonna roll into Carolina all cocky next weekend, as if they actually played good tonight. They sucked less than the Rams, but that's about all you can say for this sorry squad. Load up on Carolina, it will be a MAJOR blowout - MARK IT!!

Wow! The rams look worse then they did last year....They have such a great D(so they say) and they aren't even there. Reminds me of what our D was like yesterday. :(
They don't have a great D. I would say "solid" at best.

It's really only Donald, Quinn, & Trumaine. McDonald & Barron are just "okay". Moving Ogletree to MLB wasn't a smart decision, IMO.

How they haven't pulled Keenam out at QB yet is purely mindboggling. :doi: Skelton is a HOFer compared to him lol

Maybe so but their D matches up better than ours IMO. More speed at LB, better pressure up front

Is the rule if he gets ejected, he is also out the next game or just fined?

No I think you're just ejected, like they can decide that you're suspended if what you got kicked out for merits it, but it's not an automatic thing like a Red card in soccer.

The claim on local tv this morning is Donald said someone on the 49ers took a cheapshot at his knees a play or 2 earlier than that and he was still furious and when Patton started mouthing off he just pushed his helmet off.

He could get suspended though between the contact with the ref and then throwing his helmet while still on the field.

After watching the Rams on Hard Knocks I got the impression that Jeff Fisher had no control of his team. That was pretty much confirmed on Monday night.

I can't be the only one who is literally turning off games because I'm so sick of all the Peyton on Sunday Morning commercials?

The first couple of times it was amusing, but 100 times per game it's just ridiculous. I was sick of his commercials when he's still playing, but now that he's retired please give us a break.

Both defenses looked good in that game... with the exception of us the NFCW is filled with dominant defenses...
unfortunately the lambs offense is really anemic.

I actually think Peyton is pretty damn funny. Doesn't bother me one bit.

However I turned off the broadcast because listening to Chris Berman and Trent Dilfer was like pulling teeth.
