OT: Road Uniforms: My Way

I've never been a fan of the Buffalo look and it's annoying to me to enjoy the red jerseys as much as I do while disliking the white just as much.

Thinking back to the 80's Cardinals uniforms, they were one of very few teams that really went white with the color scheme(Colts do, I can't think of anyone else). Along those lines, this is how I'd like to see the Cardinals white uniforms. The back would be white with red letters on the name plate.

I think it's a nice combination of the new cut/style while paying homage to the old colors/style. Please forgive the photo manipulation. I did what I could.

Those look awesome! I love it. I am not as disgusted with our current white uni's, but those look great and I wouldn't mind it one bit if they went to it. With that said, it will never happen. No hurt in dreaming though...

I dont think the Cards have a true #3 uniform. They dont use the throwbacks at all, so I think this would be a great change of pace for one game a season. Nice!

Also - Last night, while watching "the other Cardinals" play Central Michigan, Central Michigan went to a new uni design (albeit beige and maroon) that would look tres cool in Cardinal white and red.

They had a maroon half-moon gash separating shoulders from arms.

Allegedly, the Cardinals kept the old Red jersey as a third, but obviously they've never worn it.

But - it's not listed in the official NFL Style Guide. However, there is a "Classic" uniform set for the Cardinals in there; it is the old Red jersey, old White pants (with two Red stripes), and the old helmet with the old logo.

After watching last weeks game I thought the same thing. The white uni's just didn't look that good. These are awesome! good mix of old and new.
