OT: The Pats screw it up again!

I mean they are uniforms, this "fashion trending" with uniforms is stupid.

Just ask the Jaguars or the Eagles, or the Panthers or any of the other teams that changed, or created uniforms to be fashionable.

What happens when the fleeting fads changes ? Then you just look stupid.

Thus the Cardinals always being red as a main color is one of my favorites. Not a fan of the black uniforms but they are for the "fashion of the day".

Wasn't a fan of the all-white uniform, it made our team look like ice cream mean.

Though I am a fan of the new uniforms these are my favorite. Still like the new logo over the old.

What's misleading about all of these articles on the Pats is this:

All that is changing is their wordmark. Nothing else.

In fact, the old wordmark (located under the collar on the jerseys) is staying the same. It will be the old one. The new one will be primarily for marketing purposes. However, us uni geeks are speculating that this might be a prelude for a 2014 change.

And think about it - the real problem with the old Pats uniforms is the fact that they represent the American revolution...who FOUGHT THE "REDCOATS". Why would they want to be dressed up like Redcoats?

Loved the old-school uni's, but I absolutely hate the old logo. I am so glad that got changed.

The creamsicle Sucs unis are pure greatness...right up there with the Bolts powder blues & the original orange Crush unis. I also liked the all white with green wings on the Iggles. Give me many of the 60s & 70s throwbacks anyday!!!

Agreed - The Creamcicle unis with Bucco Bruce on the helmet were awesome.
