Not sure how anyone could feel all the comfortable with Norv Turner as the OC. He's one finicky dude. Up and quits on the Vikings in mid-season and his successor, Pat Shurmur outcoached him big-time.

This, the guy quits which is evident in his Minny act. This is the kind of coach a team will quit on because a team's character embodies their leader... Carolina can have him

At the '95 Super Bowl in Miami, I sat directly behind Mike Shanahan's family, an assistant with the 49ers at the time, including his trophy wife and son Kyle, now the 49ers coach. Shanny Jr has turned out to be a pretty good coordinator and now (apparently) head coach too. Nepotism isn't always bad. And his mom was smoking hot. Back then at least. :p
