During last Sunday's Patriots/Chiefs game, post TD by Hill he was flipped off by fans and one threw a beer on him. Pats have since "disinvited" beer ****** from Gilette Stadium forever. Post game Andy Reid discussed this with Hill and suggested he just let it go. Hill agreed.

2 days later Hill and agent Drew Rosenhaus are pursuing maximum charges against beer ****** and want him prosecuted to the full extent possible.

Tyreek Hill is the same guy who massively assaulted his pregnant girlfriend, by strangulation, punches to her stomach ( the one with the fetus) tossed her against a wall repeatedly and punched her head numerous times. For this he was given 3 years probaation and compelled to attend anger management sessions. https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...-tyreek-hill-pleads-guilty--assault/32144885/

Wow.

How is it hipocrisy for someone who has done his time and paid for his mistakes to ask that a real safety issue be resolved? If this was Fitz this happened to y’all would be crowing for the fan to get punished. Hill has paid his debt to society for his crime, y’all need to get over it or change the laws if you don’t like them. People don’t lose their entire lives over one mistake in this country.

The fact that Hill made his way over to the stands to taunt the fans there makes him just as guilty as the fan. The NFL should be fining him for taunting the fans in Green Bay. If you're stupid enough to go right up to the stands in an opponents stadium you get what you deserve.

Point missed by this opinion.

It was the Patriots, not Green Bay, and I'd hardly call that taunting. He's a complete POS, but come on now.

His horrific abuse in college and this instance are two separate incidents wholly exclusive of each other.

Does it reek of hypocrisy? Sure. Does that excuse douche fan’s actions? No.

Fans need to be put in check. Though extremely unlikely to injure, throwing beer at someone is an aggressive act and a fighting action (anyone remember the Pistons/Pacers?).

Better yet, throw a beer at a cop and see if it’s “no big deal.”

It looked more to me like momentum cardpa. He certainly didn't saunter over there intentionally. The dude runs like a damn deer. He can't just stop on a dime.

I don't buy it, go re-watch the video of it, Hill runs through a 10 yd end zone and then another 8-10 yards over to the stands. No way he can't stop in 18 yards. That is complete BS. He went over there with the intention of aggravating the Patriot fans a sort of throw it in their face move. That TD also tied the game at that point. His sole purpose was to try and rub it in.

Yes it was the Patriots. I'm not condoning the fan's beer toss however Hill had plenty of time and space to stop short of the stands and decided instead to go over and pull a throw it in their face move. You need to remember that TD tied the game at that point. Totally unnecessary to me for Hill to do that.

He beat the breaks off of his pregnant girlfriend and only received 3 years probation. You're fine with that?

So what if he did? It’s entertainment. People need to grow up and appreciate it for what it is. Good natured ribbing in competition can be funny. No way in hell can you remotely blame his celebrating a touchdown for someone assaulting him. I think he should still be in prison or worse for what he did to that girl and her child but it doesn’t make the idiot who threw beer at him any less of a douche.

Beer in the face is the least dangerous "assault" ever. This guy did not invent beer tossing. Barred from entry is punishment enough. Mauling and beating girlfriend is where the hypocrisy comes into play.

While the fan shouldn’t have thrown the beer and it was a very classless thing to do, Hill wanting to upend the fans entire life over it is pretty weak IMO.
