This game makes our team look like Keystone Cops. I almost forgot what real football looked like.

See… Kyler can never make either of those plays that tied the game. Because he’d get killed and probably injured. But being the leader of the team that can’t give everything he can for fear of injury is just not a successful leader of men in a sport where people kill each other.

I never was one to be against Kyler because of his size. I was all for throwing The Rosen One into the Red Sea because of Kyler’s tantalizing skills. But he just isn’t physically big enough to get the most out of those skills and without them, there’s nothing special about him as a passer. Which means at the end of the day, you just have a short, okay passer who plays with zero physicality.

If your QB can’t or won’t play physical and he’s the leader, I truly think that has an effect on the rest of the team. It shouldn’t but it’s a psychological thing. Teams emulate the spirit of their leaders in sports. Look at how those guys block for Mahommes. Like they’d run through a wall for him because they know he would do the same. That can’t be denied.

Tennessee should be getting more respect in this thread.

The fact they been out on the field damn near the entire 2nd half against Mahomes & the Chiefs & for the most part, played very good…..says a lot.

All the respect in the world to Vrabel. Dude’s teams always overachieve and play hard.

I think there are only 4 or 5 of us on this thread. They definitely have my respect.

Lol 68 pass plays defended. That's insane.

Chiefs completed 38 more passes than Titans, unprecedented in NFL history

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 43 of 68 passes for 446 yards. Titans quarterback Malik Willis completed 5 of 16 passes for 80 yards. The NFL has never seen a box score like that before.

Kansas City completed 38 more passes than Tennessee, which is the biggest differential between two teams in NFL history.

The previous record was set in 2009, when the Patriots beat the Titans 59-0. In that game, New England completed 38 passes (29 by Tom Brady and nine by Brian Hoyer) while Tennessee completed two (both by Kerry Collins).
