Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are attached to star in "Outsourced", a comedy pitch by writer Timothy Dowling for Columbia Pictures.
"Outsourced" is about an American factory that is shut down and moved to Mexico, which prompts two men from the production line to venture south of the border to get their old jobs back.
Dowling, a graduate of USC's School of Theater, wrote the short film "George Lucas in Love".
Vaughn and Wilson recently starred together in the romantic comedy "The Wedding Crashers" for New Line.
