SportsPulse: USA TODAY Sports' Jimmy Hascup and Kevin Allen look at some dark horses that could make some noise this postseason, but ultimately it's hard to bet against Nashville. Nashville Predators defenseman P.K. Subban was called for holding late in the second period of Monday’s playoff game against the Colorado Avalanche. Apparently, both refs missed the blindside punch Subban appeared to throw that caught Avs forward Nathan MacKinnon up high. MacKinnon actually got called for holding as well, resulting in offsetting penalties. The Avs were up 4-1 at that point of Game 3 of the first-round series.
