^3/4 of the starting quarterbacks in the league have never suited up for another team.

The Cardinals have passed on three guys who didn't bring prototypical size to the table (Geno Smith, Johnny Manziel and Teddy Bridgewater).

I'm not sure other teams would go after Palmer too hard on the open market. Again he'll be 35 with some issues physically. It took him almost a full year to get comfortable in the system and other teams that may need QB have nowhere near our offensive talent.

I think at the most he'll re-sign for something around 3/35 with significant guaranteed money. Neither Palmer or the Cards wanna start over.

Palmer had always been about the money but at this point in his career I think he is in a perfect fit and will make it happen.

The 2 year 12 mil. offer to Karlos I thought was fair , and the most we could afford cap wise on that position . The Browns pounced with insane money 14 mil. guaranteed . People that think no team out there will want Palmer need to do the math and rethink .
The Math : Palmers last 12 gamestarts = 10 and 2
The Rethink : how many "think" he will lose a bunch of game by seasons end ?

IMHO I think he will take less to stay , but like some other posters here I think that less is going to be in the 12 --- 16 mil . range .

I'm looking at it more from the team's perspective and other takers out there who need a QB. I would never blame any player for taking the most money possible.

Carson stays. Remember, that the reason Carson ended up with the Raiders and here is because he wants to play on the West coast.
