Paris Lenon...

I'm at every home game and will often key on certain guys... Time and agan, Lenon just shows up and makes his plays. Rarely is he out of position and when he's got his claws on a guy, the guy goes down.
Just wanted to give this dude some love as I think he's incredibly solid and consistent. He's proven his worth and has been a terrific FA signing.

Are you sure you were keying on Lenon because he was out of position the entire 1st drive where Hillis ran the ball down our throats (I kknow because I went back and watched in slo-mo). But Washington overran some plays too.

I posted something similar after last weeks game. Paris is a true pro...very consistent effort and solid results....

I definitely didn't say he was perfect. Can you name a guy who is?

Lenon, more often than not, makes the plays he's supposed to make. IMHO, i think he's one of the most consistent and trustworthy players on our defense. I believe he's tied with Washington for the team lead in tackles... And he led the team in tackles last season by a huge margin.

Washington and Lenon aren't remotely comparable as to who is the better LB.

Lenon is a consistent guy you can count to play his role, which is exactly what you want in a reserve player. He's not a playmaker, or run stuffer that you would like at SILB.

Who claimed he is better than Washington?? BTW, aren't you the guy who believes Rolle is better than Rhodes??

As far as Lenon not being a playmaker... Go around the league and tell me who you believe is a playmaker at the SILB position. There aren't many and IMHO, Lenon ranks within the top 3rd in the league at the position...
