Parking question

[CHAPTER 7]

Hey guys. I am going to the game this sunday vs. rams. If you don't have parking passes, can you actually park at Westgate? I assume you have to pay to park and not all Westgate parking are for season ticket holders. Or only place is the Kelly High?

I have to assume you have to get there pretty early to get a spot at Westgate...

Easy and quick to park at Westgate. If going North on the 101, just stay in the far left and pass all the people getting off the freeway at Camelback and Bethany. It is definitely quicker than parking at my usual the green lot.

I park in Westgate or the Tangiers Outlets pretty frequently - it's $10-$15. If you get there around the time the morning games start, it's normally empty.

The outlets are pretty hard to get out of though, so don't park there if you have somewhere to be.

There is a church on 91st across from the green lot entrance, they let you park there for a donation. A lot closer then westgate. Also there are tons of passes on Craigslist

2 seasons ago we parked at westgate for cash every single game because my good friend was the GM at one of the bars on westgate and we had a guaranteed table and vip treatment. It has never been a problem as far as I have experienced to pay cash. You can also pick up a parking pass from a scalper on the side of 91st or camelback on your way in.

Yes, I parked about 50 feet from Buffalo Wild Wings for $10 for the home opener vs. the Saints even though I have an Orange pass. There are about 4-5 lots that are pay. I arrived at 10:00 a.m. so I have no idea how fast they fill up, but they are pretty large lots.

Yup. Did the same thing last weekend for the 9er game. $10, got there about 9:45. parked right up front. Never a problem leaving after the game. I have a buddy that's too cheap to pay and he uses my parking pass. He ends up spending several hours parking/walking, etc...
Not worth it unless you are actually tailgating and hauling stuff to the lot.

Thank you guys! I will be driving 101 north. Where do you suggest me to get off? Glendale Ave? Or is it better to get off on 91 ave on I-10? We are planning to get there probably 11:30-ish.

If you are going to park at Westgate, then get off on Glendale. Go past the outlet mall entrances. You can go in the main entry drive and turn just past the Gordon Biersh, which will lead you to the large lot in front of BWW, etc...

Couldnt get a parking pass for today, going to try this. If not, maybe ill buy one from a scalper.
