Paul Pierce on if the Boston Celtics will repeat as champs

If you ask the Truth about whether the Boston Celtics will repeat as champions, you won't have to wait for an answer while the Hall of Fame small forward thinks it over. Paul Pierce has put it out into the ether that he thinks this iteration of the ball club he himself won a title with in 2008 will do the thing that evaded his Ubuntu-era Celtics.

The Kansas alum recently sat down with the folks behind the "NBC Sports Boston" YouTube channel to talk it over, telling former Boston teammates (and current Celtics broadcasters) Brian Scalabrine and Eddie House on the "Pregame Live" show he thinks they have it in them. Health, of course, is a paramount factor for Boston to hang Banner 19 this summer, a fact he knows as well as any Celtics alumnus.
