interesting move. how old is this guy? i remember him as a good shooter, and a good spark off the bench. the bucks are making some wierd moves. so now the trade was joe smith for johnson and sam "the alien" cassel.

the bucks might have some cap room, but it seems like they are making some questionable moves. payton now says he won't resign with them (big surprise). i'm not sure how well tj ford can lead this team now. are more moves in store?

they should sign jason kidd:rolleyes:

any players we could take from them?:)

I remember reading about this right when the trade went down. Somehow, by releasing him after the trade it saves them money. Not really sure how, though.

His contract wasn't guaranteed.

Peeler's contract was the reason Milwaukee made the trade. It saves them something like $4.5 million next season.

I wouldn't mind throwing the vets minimum at Peeler - he shoots the three pretty well and there's just something about his attitude and the fact that he never seems to complain anywhere he goes that I like.
