Who played on the DLine today? I just watched highlights and it was as bad as last year, Robinson was the only one that stayed in their gap, everyone else looked like mindless zombies flaying towards the QB.

Maybe Petzing is a big problem but we’ve seen enough of Kyler after 6 years. He is a part of the problem too.
Sure makes some boneheaded decisions when trying to make something happen, maybe just maybe, we should have an offensive system that can function if your RB goes down. I mean as soon as Connor went down we all knew we were in trouble as Petz has no clue how to orchestrate any passing scheme that gets anyone open, and with linemen missing and no run threat Carolina brought the house as they should! I still believe with an OC that doesn’t suck and some speed at WR or any damn WRs that can get open he tends to find them, it just doesn’t happen enough in this system. We will see people are being a bit delusional if they think Bidwill is gonna eat a ton of dead money to cut Kyler when there are little options to replace him. Team needs tons of help on the D and some decent OC could arguably produce much better with the same offensive weapons….

I’m still waiting for you to tell me all the ways Kliff’s offense is so vastly different with a rookie QB than it was with Kyler.

Don’t be a dolt everyone has said as much 30-40 rush attempts a game and not a bunch of stupid ass sideways passing! They have RBs and know how to use them. And he’s just an OC so a HC to make actual decisions so he can just focus on one thing. Where are all of his HC offers if he’s such a genius? And McDaniels is having a great rookie season so did Murray it’s yet to be seen how he will be after the league catches up to him, they already just squeaking out a lot of games….

's not played to expectations. Expectations are not on him. They were largely unrealistic for a rookie.

But he's barely scraping minimum expectations.

But also he's not been ass. 800/7 is not ass.
Just like Murray, Harrison has been good in a few games, and mostly ass in the rest.

Also, where is the proof they love this guy? In interviews? What are they supposed to say about the guy they have to try and win with? Talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words. Do we ever see players rallying around Kyler when he’s down? (Which is a ridiculous thing that have to ask of the players around their QB). Because if any of you have, I sure as hell haven’t seen it.

I’ve seen him, head down, looking like the least inspiring leader of all time. Repeatedly. And no one coming to get him up.
That's because he's playing like poo & he knows it, he drops that head every single time. Idk about players, other than Tune but Petzing was trying to rally him after the late int (btw, it looked like Mcbride was open underneath that) What can he possibly say to everyone else in a leadership role? "I'm playing like poo guys, someone pick up the slack for me & make a play lol". That int kind of sealed it for me with Kyler, I have no more belief in him, he is what we see on the field.

I am over Kyler. I have defended this dude for years. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the last 3 seasons. He will never ever ever be anything but an average QB. He will never be a Tier 1 QB. He will never win a Superbowl either.

It's time to move on. He is nothing special.

Unfortunately, unless we catch lightning in a bottle with some late round draft pick or an under the radar free agent, we have nothing better. If we want to do playoffs next year we had better develop a dominant defense

The offense has had its head up his ass for 90% of the season. Did you see the Washington won a game giving up 35 points. Bills won a game giving up 42 points as well as the Rams.
But guess what they have a professional NFL offense. We don’t and never will unless some changes are made
Sometimes you need the defense to hold a team to 29 points. You just do.

Today he was terrible.

I have to get a replay on it so I may be wrong but the play that ultimately cost us this game is the 2nd down play where it's supposed to go to McBride, but Clowney tackles McBride coming out on the play. Should have been defensive holding, Schlereth called it out on replay. If my recollection is right, Marv is the only WR on the field, because we had at least 2 TEs. Kyler can't throw to McBride, there's no room to run because the design of the play was to make it look like a run and sneak out McBride. So Kyler throws incomplete to Higgins. There's a WR on the left side, who I think is Marv, who takes about 2 steps off the LOS and just stops and stands there.

Now maybe he had the same thought Kyler did, which was clearly it's going to be a penalty so I'm not going to run I'll just throw to Higgins and see if I can get it in there. But to not even run a route, on the biggest drive of the season, after dropping 2 balls earlier. I don't know. I need to see a replay I might be incorrectly combining 2 plays in my head, but I'm just so mad at Marv right now.

I'm pretty sure that didn't happen.

This is truly hilarious. Daniels is averaging 28 attempts per game and has been great. Kyler is averaging 30 per game and sucks balls.

Great to watch my team play but disappointing results. Panther fans were shocked they were winning so easily.
They had just lost 4 in a row and only the 2nd time they scored 30 points.

Both those guys have QB's that can throw over 10 yards. Kyler has been one of the worst passers outside the numbers and beyond 10 in the league.
Man, lol, you have to stop with the excuses.

You just said WR production is a subset of QB production. Mac Jones, Trevor Lawerence, Daniel Jones, & those other Giants’ QBs’ productions are all mediocre-to-ass & they’re still vastly outperforming Marvin. Those guys seem to be QB-proof.

Wait what??? Wasn't it the same scheme when we won 4 games in a row? Or was it Kyler was just playing better in that same scheme.

This is madness to continually blame any one and everyone about Kyle's short comings. Players execute the plays not the head coach, not the QB coach, not the OC.

Now if you want to say well Kyler sucks, MHJ sucks, and the defence didn't play well. Everybody would probably be on board with that take except the always Kyler's. Everybody expected the defense to struggle this year and yesterday they did. But they've kept us in many other games only to have the offense not show up. This was the offense's chance to gain some goodwill with the defense by stepping up, but as usual they can't get it done.
