Peja for Artest

That's pretty good because it makes the Kings much worse.

I'm not sure "worse", but certainly very different. Divac for Ostertag and Peja for Artest would mean a lot less offense and a much stronger defense.

Defense is still dictated by the big guys. Ron Artest will not be the same player if he has Chris Webber instead of Jermaine O'Neal guarding the basket.

You can't trade the argueably best SF or at least 2nd best for the 3rd-5th best and not get worse.

Ostertag+Artest for Peja+Divac. That's very one-sided. Who is going to carry the Kings if Webber goes down again? Ron Artest?

Webber supposedly wants the Kings to be a tougher, more physical team which would lead me to believe that they got better in that aspect by acquiring Ostertag and Artest. Bobby Jackson being healthy will make up for the scoring lost in Stojakovic. Chemistry could be a disaster though. Webber, Artest, and Ostertag are all headcases so it could turn ugly soon if the losses start mounting.

wow indiana just got much better. hehe i guess went weber said that he wanted his team based around players like him, he wasnt kidding. it is just that most people didnt think that it would be a team based off of headcases.

now all they need to to get spreewell, oliver miller and kidd and they will be set.

If they make the trade they can finally kick Reggie Miller to the curb. Peja will give them the shooter, but who will keep the defensive intensity without Artest?
